Lost property found at the airport or on board aircraft are stored for the first 48 hours at the Terminal Area Duty Manager’s office, located on the first floor of the Departures Hall, opposite the ticket offices.

After 48 hours unclaimed items are transferred to the lost property warehouse.

RETURN OF ITEMS
Return is available from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 3.00 pm, by appointment only, to be arranged via email.
The return procedures will be communicated exclusively to the owners.
