The service charter
The Public Service Plan is a document drawn up by the Department of Public Administration of the Council of Ministers in agreement with the Ministry of Transport with the cooperation of the public service providers enforced by Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers on 30th December 1998.
This document formed a general reference scheme for the “Public Service Charters” for the transport sector in enactment of art. 2, paragraph 1 of decree law n. 163 of 12th May 1995, n. 163 ratified as law n. 273 of 11th July 1995, n.273, Official Gazette of the Italian Republic n.160
The Service Charter of the Falcone-Borsellino Airport is compliant with the standard charter of airport operators as requested by Enac (Italian Civil Aviation Authority).
This is one step further towards a policy aimed at service improvement and bears witness to our ongoing commitment to vie with the foremost Italian and European airports and keep on working successfully on an increasingly complex and competitive marketplace.
Considering the state of emergency related to the COVID-19 epidemic and the strict implementation on Palermo’s Airport of the consequent provisions of the national and international Authorities, aimed at preventing the spread of the infection, protecting public safety and protecting the health of passengers and those working in the air transport sector, we inform you that some services may be subject to change compared to what is indicated in the 2021 Service Charter.
